Michael P. Nolan
Michael Nolan was first elected as Elma Town Supervisor in 2003 as the youngest Town Supervisor in Elma's history. Mike has brought his business experience to our town government, and has enabled Elma to be one of the lowest taxed communities in Western New York. He has been a life long resident of Elma and resides on Schultz Road with his wife Karla and children Jenna, Hanna, Delaney and Michael. Mike is also a small business owner in Elma with his wife Karla. His service to the community started long before public office. He has been a volunteer firefighter in the community for over 26 years. He went on to serve as Fire Chief, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors. This is a commitment that he continues to be proud of today. Mike served as President of the Association of Erie County Governments and the Resolutions Committee of the New York State Association of Towns. His careful leadership has made Elma a first class community in Erie County.
