A word from Tom Fallon

I have been married to my lovely wife Betty for over 30 years. I have two children, Jessica and Troy, and I believe in family values. We Cherish Elma's rural small town setting with great schools to bring up our family.

During my term as Councilman I will strive to maintain what this community has built for generations. “A rural community we can be proud of.”
I pledge with the highest principles of integrity to be a leader and spokesperson for you, the taxpayer.  As a Conservative, I support a “bipartisan board” in Elma and strongly believe our team will provide an honest service to the community of Elma.

Sincerely,

Thomas M. Fallon
