
Wayne Clark
Wayne has resided in the Town of Elma for over 43 years, and he is a graduate of the Iroquois Class of 1980. He and his wife Kathy are active in community events. In 2004 Wayne was unanimously appointed by the Town Board to fill the position of Highway Superintendent and was later elected to serve as Highway Superintendent. Wayne has over 32 years of experience at the Highway Department.
The Highway Superintendent has a great deal of responsibility to the Town and its residents which include; Maintaining the Transfer Station, Parks, and keeping our roads clear in the winter or in any other emergency. Elma's Highway Department was commended for its timely clean up of Elma roads after the October 1st storm in 2006 under Wayne's leadership.
